Australian Project Solutions have in place the necessary insurances required to undertake the full range of activities specified in any tender application which the firm may submit for. Relevant cover includes:

Quality Management.

Australian Project Solutions is committed to the systematic implementation and operation of a quality management system which embraces all aspects of the firm’s activities. The principle directors recognise that getting it right the first time enhances the firm’s reputation with its clients and increases competitiveness. The principles of the firm are committed to the following quality objectives;

• to assuring clients and employee’s (including subcontractors) of the emphasis directors place on achieving quality
• to assure clients that APS’s services are carried out in a manner which demonstrates integrity, professional competency and reliability.
• to regularly review the training needs and skills of APS’s staff to ensure they are commensurate with the expertise and range of consulting services offered by the APS, and
• to systematically eliminate potential quality deficiencies.

To ensure that quality is implemented and managed through all Australian Project Solutions works and projects the firm operates an in house quality management system which is based on AS/NZS ISO 9001- 2008, Quality Management Systems - Requirements. This system is operational and is currently seeking certification.

All employee’s (including subcontractors) understand that attainment of a high standard of quality requires:

• an effective understanding of client/project drawings and specifications,
• detailed planning and control of all technical aspects of all work,
• assigning trained and qualified staff to undertake the specific works,
• and verifying that all outputs meet the projects specified requirements.

Environmental Management.

Australian Project Solutions is committed to including environmental best practises in all of it activities. APS operates a CEMP document for each of it projects and this extensive document addresses all aspect of environmental preservation and management.

The CEMP document is tailor made for individual projects and all staff and subcontractors are briefed and trained in the effective implementation of the Environmental Management Plan.
