Australian Project Solutions Pty Ltd is a specialist firm, established in 1997 to provide specialised coastal/marine and environmental engineering construction services to the public and private sectors.

Australian Project Solutions offers a professional technically based approach to all projects which typically include, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of coastal and marine infrastructure, and other general environmental and civil projects.

The primary goal of Australian Project Solutions is to ensure that all projects undertaken are completed, on budget, to a pre identified time schedule, to a quality standard which exceeds the clients expectation and with an OH&S and environmental management approach which complies with industry best standards.

The nature of services provided by Australian Project Solutions is both diverse and comprehensive and includes:

• Project construction via APS’s highly skilled professional construction team
• Project management via APS’s qualified engineering staff including project inception and feasibility, planning, design, construction and commissioning.

Australian Project Solutions Pty Ltd can supply a full range of services to a diverse client base including Federal, State and Local Government Authorities, Civil Engineering Consultants, Building and Road Construction Contractors, Private Sector Companies, Developers and other sectors of industry.

APS’s directors Shane Hickey and Mark Krstic perform all project management and planning activities. Both directors are experienced and qualified engineers, Mark has a Master of Environmental Engineering Degree with 25 years of engineering experience while Shane Hickey has a Master of Applied Science Degree (Project Management) with over 30 years of engineering experience.
